AUTOMATIC LINE TO CUTTING OUT ENDINGS BELTS, PERFORATING

The automatic line was designed to connect the technological development with facilitations in the service. The device carries out six automated operations: he passes low-cut belts, cuts out the endings of the belt, cuts off the belt on the programmed length, perforates, stamps logo and dimension, puts out ready belts to the magazine. The line consists of three independent devices:

SM 2000 – automatic loader of belts
FCA 93 PR - the programmed automatic cutting machine of belts with single perforating, cutting out the endings of belts and stamping in one operation with the head stamping the lengths 200 mm equipped in tools cutting.

1 group 5 punches
1 group cutting out the back ending of the belt
1 group of head stamping from 8 single numberers, 1 double numberer and 2 mocowaniami of stamps
